Professional Design Disclaimer & Responsibility Agreement
Nick Joseph Design provides landscape design services intended to illustrate the aesthetic layout, spatial organization, and conceptual vision for outdoor environments. Nick Joseph Design is not a licensed architect, structural engineer, or pool engineer. All drawings, layouts, and design concepts provided are for visual and planning purposes only.
The client understands and agrees that:
• All structural elements must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals.
• Contractors, engineers, architects, or pool specialists may be required to ensure compliance with building codes, structural requirements, drainage regulations, and local permitting.
• Any structural modifications to a property must be designed and verified by appropriately licensed professionals.
Nick Joseph Design assumes no responsibility for structural integrity, engineering calculations, construction methods, material specifications, or permitting requirements related to the installation of any structures, pools, retaining walls, or other built features.
It is the responsibility of the client and their selected contractors to:
• Verify all measurements and site conditions
• Confirm feasibility of the design
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Obtain any required permits or engineering approvals
• Make any necessary structural adjustments required for safe construction
